Prevent including personal information in your passphrases
Use passwords managers such as LastPass (https://www.lastpass.com/). Please note that this is not an endorsement. - Password managers remove the difficulty of trying to remember the multiple complex secrets
Do not note your passwords on sticky notes where others might access them.
Use Multi-Factor authentication (such as mobile OTPs) wherever possible as it provides a second line of defence even if your password is compromised.
